Cons
Current projects are running out and there are no new ones because of a huge reputation loss with the current projects, due to severe management failure. Way too many internal reorganizations and sub-unit changes, it is not 'adaptive behavior' but chaos. There are huge differences between positions with regards to the knowledge required. Developers are strongly assessed and filtered in the interviews, but many testers don't even have basic computer knowledge and background. Mid-level managers are often completely incompetent. Working conditions are getting stricter and more controlled by the day, undermining employee trust.
