Pros
People and facilities. There are lots of complaints, but still one of the best equiped offices. Spacious room for teams, but not open office, high quality equipment. People are usually friendly, clever and want to improve things. Middle or top management are another story.
Cons
Internal politics and incapable management poisons the everyday lives of people who still want to fix things, go forward, do things right. No real management culture, no real intentiton to change. Always blaming the organization, but never identify the key issues. Morale is low, too many complaints, wasting time on not important things. No big new prpject, no clue how to get out of the downward spiral.
