Even though at the beginning of the year a new company goal was set to become a software warehouse for the automotive sector they've just laid off ~300 people (~35% of the company) a lot of them are developers. A lot of in-house projects are now flushed down the toilet. The company is clearly not planning on developing any new, innovative products; it'll serve its existing customer with the least amount of people they can possible do until the contracts are expired. This company has no future, the two owners are major morons who had a chance to have a thriving company instead they used it as milking cow until they could. The management has no decision making power they are just puppets with strings that are pulled by the owners who listen to no one and do as they please.
