Pros
I learned a lot while teaching at summer camps and afterschool programs. Here, kids are pretty advanced & LOVE to learn. I mean, where do you see 5yo kids getting excited about endo/exothermic reactions (I learned that concept in the 8th grade, and I could tell you it was not as fun) as they create their own magical chemical concoction.
Also, NORY has a Great group of teachers - Lead teachers are very supportive and CARE about children. It feels special when working with the leadership and fellow teachers who put children before their comfort.
Cons
Not as many Brooklyn locations. I wish there are more locations in Brooklyn.
