Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear about the disappointing experience. All NORY teachers are required to take an uninterrupted lunch break. If you had a different experience, we encourage you to reach out to us with the camp location so it may be further discussed. It is important for us to make sure every campsite implements this lunch break protocol. In regards to a sanitary environment, all our summer camp venues are top-tier school facilities that deep clean the entire facility daily. If any camp venue felt unsanitary or unsafe, please share the information with management. We will take action immediately. We would greatly appreciate it if you can further share specific ways for us to improve our work environment with management.
