Pros
Good benefits, sick pay, healthcare, life insurance but all worthless as its not a nice place to work, occasional online training
Cons
Awful company all managers out for themselves, too many relatives employed who are quite frankly useless, no career progression and totally unprofessional, no appraisals or supervision and no flexibility when it comes to having family. Offshore very volatile and they'll make sure they are last on the payroll before you! Avoid
