      Pros

      Flexible environment & a diverse product line & portfolio so it is possible to move around different positions within a company although a proper mechanism for doing so is absent.

      Cons

      Lack of system, structure & stability, also extremely poor management & company direction - constant change of management & relocation of employees plus favoring low cost staff over qualification has negatively impacted company performance.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
