      Pros

      Major player in the oil&gas with great potential, interesting innovative products, solid benefits and fair job security with very good work/life balance ratio

      Cons

      My biggest gripe with this company is next to no cross-talk across teams, lot's of replication and redundancy is being done as the company keeps going through one re-org after another. It has some smart individuals at various levels - but the mid level management seems to be the major hand-brake

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
