      Good fellow employees and some unity between divisions.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. What management says and what it does are two different things. Managers verbally abuse employees and HR does not investigate.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
