      Access to all facets of the oil and gas busines. A strong employee first attitude. I would reccomend this as a good company to work for

      Big company processes and red tape that are there for good reason but can be frustrating. Thre is never just one person to call

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
