      Use to be a great place to work. However, the Oil crisis is having a huge impact on the company (continuous downsizing since 2015)

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
