      Terrible management and bosses only care about themselves Treat workers like scum !!! employees are just a number !!! not fair with work distribution and wages not competitive! no opportunity to move up !!!! Lack of business structure with middle management

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
