      At the end of the day your just a number like with any large corporation and can be cut loose. After 15 years of loyal service, numerous successful projects, and a great relationship with several members of senior management I was still laid off. While lesser experienced individuals remained.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
