Not good - Service Engineer NOV Employee Review

Badly managed, not enough spare parts, not enough staff, always finding reasons to reduce the value of the contract, wont pay you in isolation for work, no redundancy package, will make you redundant quickly and only pay till end of month, Have to spend a lot of time refurbishing old parts you would normally replace with new.
