      Pros

      i was hired as a full time employee. full awesome insurance 3 sick day 2 weeks vacation and boot allowance and other benefits day one. Steady work.

      Cons

      Rate of pay lower to compareable jobs i have had and my certs call for. No tobacco usage

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
