      This company has a good culture and is very laid back. Great benefits and vacation time. Supplied with the tools to get work done.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
