      Pros

      The team I worked on was very patient with me as I grew. I always could reach out for help as the developers were diverse. Starting out the pay was amazing as it doubled my income.

      Cons

      Well as you grow in tech, other company's are quick to offer you much more, and NOV was struggling at the time and wouldn't give anyone raises. Over 80% of the team I started with moved on and there was quick turn around. Starting our the pay was great but with 2 years experience, I was under paid so decided to move on.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
