      If you show up as expected, do your job, you will have a stable job at this company. Even in hard times, you can hold on to your job.

      Cons

      Raises are almost non existent anymore. Only cost of living gets your pay up. Depends on management that you work for though.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
