      no more stock in 401k, other benefits gone, good managers gone replaced by incompetent unethical people (no valid degree, no experience or people skills)

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
