Lousy management all waiting for retirement. Old birds refuse to teach newbies for fear of them overtaking. Most staff in there already more than 10 years with not much education. Emails written with broken English. They count the number of times you visit the toilet and gossip about you in teams. If you talk to colleagues the managers will tap on your desk to say you are disturbing other colleagues. Exit interview not shown to the US headquarters. Everything is kept harsh in Singapore. Higher ups do not know what is happening. Direct managers just wants to retire so even if you tell them anything they say they will not take action.
