      It’s a training school of OEM equipment before you work for a drilling company.

      Cons

      Pay reflects that you are just a trainee even with yrs of experience except for the select few that are in the cliche that has been there forever.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
