Pros
- The people where I work are all friendly and we get along great, which makes for a comfortable work environment - There's been a lot of opportunity to learn new skills on the job and to improve upon what you already know - There's a strong sense of belonging in my department and everyone is always willing to help each other out when one of us gets stuck. There's a distinct focus on finding solutions without the uncomfortable competitiveness that you find at some other companies - Management for my department is great. Employees are treated with respect and the manager is always sure to get around to addressing everyone's needs even during busy days - The company occasionally holds events for the employees that are always really fun and make you feel that the company appreciates the effort that employees put into their jobs
Cons
- The manager's schedule is kind of unpredictable and there are sometimes periods of downtime where you can't progress on your current assignment because of that unavailability
