Pros

The work can be somewhat interesting depending on the Clients' needs...however, you are more likely than not to be thrown onto any type of project that the "Partner" can sell to the client. This can even include trying to make false work up as the client has agreed they need help in accounting services, however, there is nothing that they really need done/don't know what they need. Morally, it can be very questionable at times.

Cons

-Management is a complete joke. You can tell they have gotten onto their own website and written reviews about their own Company (notice they all use the same diction and pros/cons about the Company), and have all been written within the same month or two to cover all the truthful reviews of the Company. -The CEO is a megalomaniac who will stop at nothing to make a quick buck. A definite greedy/negative tone at the top. -I have never seen such questionable morals at a place that I have worked before. On one Engagement, Management told me the client wasn't satisfied with the overall work product, so they were going to dock my hours for the project...however, when the invoice went out (which obviously I saw when I was paying it on the Clients' behalf), they billed the client for every single hour. -Pay is never even close to what they advertise - usually come up with some kind of dilutive formula to dock your pay so that management can retain/ascertain more money at the end of the day.

Often times, clients do not realize the extent of the work that they will need done and we want to be sure that all needs are taken care of. Payment structures and formulas have been formatted in favor of the consultant to make sure that all of their hard work is being accounted for. We truly value our consultants as they are the ones doing all of the hard work, and we are so sorry to hear that your time at NOW CFO was not up to standard.
