5yHello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We welcome any and all feedback. We would like to extend an apology of the disconnect that was felt on your end. We are constantly working to improve relationships within and fix any divide between our sales and management teams. We very much value our sales team as they are the reason we are successful and continue to grow at a rapid rate. Currently, we are investing in a new training program, with a focus to increase the skill level of the team. This training involves the physiology of selling, an update on our call flows and product knowledge.
Commission structure has also been updated to market standards. We're working on building culture on a corporate level; we want to make sure everyone feels safe, enjoys the environment and thrives at the sales role. Thank you for your feedback!
