Pros

I started working with NowCFO during the pandemic. It was not a bad first job in the accounting industry, even though it could be stressful at times. Had great supervisors and very kind and understanding bosses, and usually good clients. If you end up with a bad client or a bad situation, you can usually pass off the client to someone who knows more or is a better fit for the client.

Cons

Low pay, made less than $20/hr. Billable hours can be stressful sometimes. Was told it would mostly be remote, but ended up with several in person client expectations after things started reopening during the pandemic. If you end up with a bad client, work can be stressful.
