We take concerns about toxic leadership and treatment within the sales department very seriously and will investigate this matter further. However, we would also like to point out that our sales team has been doing better than ever in the history of our company. As such, we hold ourselves to a high standard of excellence, both in our performance and in the treatment of our employees.
We agree with your advice that having multiple levels of oversight and accountability is important, and we are actively working to ensure that our sales department operates with fairness and respect for all employees.
