I have been working at NOW CFO for just about two years now. It has been an amazing journey and I feel very fortunate to be able to work with such talented individuals. The ability for professional growth is vast. There is so much to learn and unlike other organizations I have been a part of, there is a huge emphasis on training, and the team work and collaboration is amazing. It's so great to be a part of a team that is so willing to jump in and help each other succeed. Our CEO who has been with the company for about three years now is a fantastic leader. He is culture focused and makes strides to constantly improve culture and foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.
