Pros
The reviews on Glassdoor don't really make sense to me but a lot of the negative stuff is older and there has been a lot of changes since then. I've had great experiences with everyone that I've come across. The leadership are a humble, down to earth group who make time for anyone that needs it. There are so many options for personal performance improvement, which helps both when getting started and when tenured. The company training is phenomenally done and efficient. There are amazing roles in leadership, even for BDR's that I haven't seen at other companies.
Cons
Just like every sales job, it can be a demanding role. It's up to you to maximize your time to make sure you maintain a work/life balance.
