Pros
I've been impressed with NOW CFO's team dynamic. Leadership is supportive across the entire country. Whether it's training, feedback, brainstorming ideas, or just general support they are always present and supportive. I haven't seen another company with such robust onboarding and employee training. They have an entire training department who is available and ready to help. NOW CFO has a drive for healthy growth and success. It's not an environment for those who want to sit back and relax. I've never seen a company offer such powerful opportunity for growth. If you want to take on more, they will support you in that with training and promotions. NOW CFO has been a game changer for me to the positive!
Cons
It's not a 9-5 job. It requires personal commitment and devotion to the cause. If you aren't all-in, then you're not going to feel very good working with them.
