Pros
The company cares deeply about diversity, inclusion and gives employees space to voice their concerns & feelings. The parental leave is extremely generous.
Cons
Executive leadership is out of touch with the workforce, this was evident given the communication around the recently layoffs. They refused to provide diversity data of those impacted and stopped the all staff meetings after employees tried to hold leaders accountable. Performance management is non-existent. Getting a reply from the benefits team takes weeks. HR leadership doesn't support it's own employees or listen to feedback given. It was the most disorganized, chaotic organization I have ever worked at.
