The compensation plan is going to be difficult for any sales driven individual to buy into. A team based plan only works when everyone is bought in, and when everyone is equally producing. Unfortunately, that is not how things work in this industry, as the sales process is very cyclical where reps go through extreme highs and lows.
I also think there was a concern around technological advancements being made to products. It seemed over the course of the last two years that NRC stopped focus on innovating and spent more effort on cleaning up their current solutions. That is fine, but when you see the dramatic shift occurring with new tech entrants in the marketplace, that should be cause for concern. NRC sold itself to organizations as the innovative company with a more progressive approach than PG, but now they’ve fallen into the same category of organization as PG cirque 2018.
