The flexibility is wonderful, it varies on your department, but overall the company is great about respecting your time.

Cons

Awful leadership, has hired many new C-suites over the year who aren't doing anything but causing problems and layoffs.

Everything. The atmosphere, the lack of training, turnover and overall the company is shady.
