Pros

Unlimited PTO and decent people.

Cons

HUGE lack of transparency from leadership. Sudden & sweeping changes are very common, very frequent layoffs (handled with little to no empathy or transparency), silo'ed work environment, lack of diversity, lack of clear company direction, and lack of growth. If you like emotional whiplash from sudden impactful changes, workplace confusion, and feeling like you don't matter as an employee- this is the perfect place to work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you found value in MTO, our form of unlimited time off. Our associates are at the heart of what we do. We understand changes are difficult, and we recognize the impact they have on our associates. Please feel free to talk with your leader or associate experience about your concerns or any questions you may have about any recent changes. We are excited about the recent growth in the organization and clear focus on Human Understanding within the healthcare industry.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of any except working remote.

Cons

Everything. The atmosphere, the lack of training, turnover and overall the company is shady.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the culture and workplace we strive to create at NRC Health. While we're pleased that remote work flexibility was a positive aspect of your experience, we take concerns about training, turnover, and workplace culture seriously.
