      Pros

      They have quite a rigorous work ethic especially in Luxembourg. Dimension Data employees are very customer satisfaction oriented and leave no stone unturned and finally they pay extremely well.

      Cons

      Dimension Data are not really good at paying it forward they would rather reserve all the rights and gains for themselves in regards to giving a great reference or feedback for a job well done, you can keep on running till the cows come home. Hence it's not easy getting a leg up in company hierarchy.

      The people I came in with at Nexient. Boy do I miss Nexient.

      Cons

      NTT Data uses and loses its employees. The threat of layoffs is constant and there are soft layoffs happening on the bench at all times due to unreasonably strict bench policies that push people out. There is a very low amount of work because the sales team does a terrible job finding it. And what little work they do have they're shipping overseas.
