Long 10 hrs shifts Night and rotational shifts Need to work on national holidays, sometimes weekends Need to complete work within very SLA like 4 hours No matter how queue is we need to complete all tasks within in the queue even if your shift time is completed Need to complete all tasks assigned then only we can logout Shift will need to extend like 12 hours - 13 hours
