Total offshore model with an offshore mentality. Zero respect for onshore team. Executive leadership is only worried about their bonus. Bidding is done at a 40% probability which makes the teams understaffed from the start. Then push change orders which drives the customer and project team to a bad place. The sales guys never worry about this because they are next
