Pros
Lot of time spent on bench....as a fresher it was good..:)
Cons
-no proper growth in the company, no proper rating is given..., policies will be very good to read but the senior management can drag you anywhere as far as rating is concerned.. -no proper bevereages -timings part is waste...by default it is 1:00 - 10:00 shift...and cab is paid service... -no leaves.., it gets updated every month end..., so when you wanna take lot of leaves at a time we should go only for loss of paid leaves..., -people who are looking to enjoy for now and worry later about future it is not the place....coz worry is what all you will have..!!
