Pros
Well there are some if your willing to bend the facts - especially as exhibited in the review by an alleged employee of 3 years. Not much fact in that obvious company planted review.
Cons
Cons? Cheap, cheap, cheap - although they try and put up s front of generosity and camaraderie. Try condescending, arrogant and disingenuous. Let a lot of good people go for no good reason.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to make Arkadin an employer of choice and show our employees that they are valued. I can assure you that in no way do we plant reviews. All reviews on Glassdoor are made by current or former employees at their discretion. We value all feedback. We are sorry to hear that it seems like you have had a less than positive experience with Arkadin. We do have a great culture and camaraderie. Enjoyment is one of our core values and we embrace it. Since it is stated that you are a current employee, I encourage you to reach out to Human Resources with any additional feedback you may have.
I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization.
There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.
Cons
As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
- Strong global presence allows for diverse projects, clients, and opportunities
- Enabled and encouraged to learn new technologies, use tools, and grow skills
- Generally supportive teams and cross collaboration
- Great work-life balance in many roles
Cons
- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market
- Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow
- Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas
- Very little employee recognition
- Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
