Pros

There are no pros for this place. Absolutely, no positive words.

Cons

1. They don't offer Holiday pay, PTO or sick time unless your management. 2. They have no structure. Within the 1st year working for this company, they changed my Team Lead 8 times. 3. Poorly treated - they do not believe in putting family first 4. Benefits are terrible. It's better to get on your own medical plan outside of the company. 5. It doesn't matter if you've worked here 2 days. If you suck up to upper management, they'll promote you. 6. Building is in horrible condition. Half the time the elevator doesn't work, the break rooms are NEVER stocked, the fridge is never cleaned and smells bad and you constantly have to worry about getting mugged or your car broken into because the company next door hires some very shady individuals. 7. No one seems to know what they are doing. It takes them from 2 weeks to 3 months to assign you a laptop to work with 8. This company has lots of lay-offs and are very selective on how they do it. 9. In the past 2.5 years, I've spent more time just sitting with NO work to do than actually working. Yet, they still continue to pay you on the client's dime. How is that right?

Pros

The company is rising the ranks as they are combining all of their internal business teams and processes as well as they are capable of.

Cons

You are a number. The family dedication of 'doing whatever it takes to get the job done' is gone, as new management has come in and made everything a calculation. They have slashed every US job they can, and if you're in the EU and your role can be sent to India, you are next. If your individual math doesn't add up for longer than 2 weeks, you'll be on your way out. If you are on vacation, you are also questioned about that math not adding up. Just added a bench process to get everyone infighting for roles they aren't appropriate for and dragging out their personal needs. A select few are exempt, even though the bench process isn't fully working or completely understood. Reporting structures are all in flux and everyone is 3 months into the year without identified goals or team reporting set for the year.
