Pros
Shrewd company strategy, strong outlook, international resources, global vendor relationships. Easy to obtain training approval, with ample training opportunities. Aggressive, action orientated culture with great teams and culture.
Cons
Slow process to recruit, some corporate red tape, but no worse than any other multinational corporate, if not less so. Strategic alignment between sales and services teams can improve. High staff turnover. Internal infrastructure can be improved.
