      For starting career its very good company.

      Cons

      growth rate is very slow, you should complete some exams in order to get hike or promotion. without it u wont get a single penny ..

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
