      Great leadership, management and work environment while we were Datacraft Asia.

      Most decisions seems to be top-down where I was working.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
