      Pros

      Good location and nice cafe. Office was only open 8am to 5pm Mon -Fri.

      Cons

      Hiring process took a very long time even after being told i had the position. Recognition program needs to be revised. Health insurance was expensive for employees. Other companys offer health insurance for much less. Employees received recognition and promotions but not performing well. Compensation needs to be looked at for high level positions.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
