Pros

PTO is okay. Some of my colleagues are very hard working, but not appreciated.

Cons

This company hates Americans and America values. Race to the bottom for this company. Very disorganized. Replaces seasoned, competent American workers with offshore freshers with no experience. I saw this result in several security breaches and violations of contracts. Extremely low pay and no investment in workforce. I ended up here due to a takeover of another entity. Most of the Indian dominated teams only promote their own. I would think with all this expert ingenuity we hear so much about, that India would do something about their compatriots in Delhi choking on the air every year. Has there been a single patent for some breakthrough to make this 2nd world country safe to live in? The fact is that the bluster about Indians being so much more technology savvy versus the rest of the world is nonsense. Some are, some are not. They are bringing outdated caste system and discrimination to the American workplace. while exploiting the 1.4 billion people in India by paying them $200-300 a month for tech jobs without any labor laws to worry about. Shameful company. Sooner or later Indians will have to fight for some labor rights and stop the corruption.

Pros

The company is rising the ranks as they are combining all of their internal business teams and processes as well as they are capable of.

Cons

You are a number. The family dedication of 'doing whatever it takes to get the job done' is gone, as new management has come in and made everything a calculation. They have slashed every US job they can, and if you're in the EU and your role can be sent to India, you are next. If your individual math doesn't add up for longer than 2 weeks, you'll be on your way out. If you are on vacation, you are also questioned about that math not adding up. Just added a bench process to get everyone infighting for roles they aren't appropriate for and dragging out their personal needs. A select few are exempt, even though the bench process isn't fully working or completely understood. Reporting structures are all in flux and everyone is 3 months into the year without identified goals or team reporting set for the year.
