Pros
Before the merger, it was a very decent company, with a direction. Management was trying and helping to achieve the objective to sell IT solutions.
Cons
After the merger and with this new CEO, it is very chaotic. With the business /sales side confused, with no clear or achievable direction or target, they are running like a headless chicken. If you join, you will quickly become confused with tons and tons of slide decks and videos dumped on you.
