Pros

Learning may be.. that too only if Project available.Else u can be put any any project without being billed for the same.

Cons

1)The company basically has no rules which are transparent. 2)The variable pay which they claim to give depends whether you are on a project or not, which is not dependent on you. 3) legacy keane, legacy Intelli polcies are so different and confusing. NTT on the whole may be good ,but the Bangalore offices are of the worst kind. 4) The people have no knowledge at all the Dm , the managers ,TL's are just post of names with absolutely no sense of what they are doing, they are just interested in doing nonsensical politics. 5)They give you so many leaves ,but don't allow you to take a single one.its all drama. Not at all a good company for Female Employees . 6) Its a trap if you get into the company and they wont let you out easily as well 7) managers only favors their pets,if Ur not the kind who licks managers feet, kindly refrain from joining the company. 8)No Work Culture the managers can speak utter nonsense with you , you cant even complain to the HR.The HR are mere statues with no authority or responsibility .The managers device rules HR blindly follow them. 9)Pay structure is again not transparent, they use useless systems to track Employee Information. I would suggest don't go unless you have no good to do.They have no good projects or good work.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.

Pros

- Strong global presence allows for diverse projects, clients, and opportunities - Enabled and encouraged to learn new technologies, use tools, and grow skills - Generally supportive teams and cross collaboration - Great work-life balance in many roles

Cons

- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
