Pros

NVIDIA is doing the correct business. I agree with their vision and that is also one of the reason that I join the NVIDIA. This company communicates with its employees. It shares their visions with the people they hire and let them know what this company is doing. This company not only convinces its investors but also the people work for them. It gives the employees motivation and confidence that their hard working will be rewarded and it is beneficial to the people and the world. The CEO Jen-Hsun knows what he is doing, and that's why he has the talent to pick the right business to involve. I think it is promising to work for this company and the outlook of this company and my career is bright and prosperous.

Cons

As most of the successful startup and ground shaking industry leading companies, such as Amazon, Tesla, Facebook, and Apple, you don't expect a layback and routine-style working environment. Work sometimes is challenging or fatigue. Nonetheless, you know those hard working and grinding will finally be rewarded. In this company, you have the resource you need to accomplish your task, and you can learn a lot skill from your work. My suggestion is that if you are young and ambitious to make something or make money, this is a good place to start.

Pros

Get to work with the best in the industry. Pay is good, esp. due to stock appreciation.

Cons

The company and the number of employees grew much bigger.

Pros

The product security organization has a very ideal work-life balance. The culture is strong on ownership and trust. There is a good sense of pride and collaboration across teams with low level of politics and high sense of "the project is the boss". Compensation is good for the roles. Merit increases and promotions are mostly transparent, but can vary from manager to manager.

Cons

Leadership direction can be whiplash at some times. Some initiatives feel directionless, while others feel misguided. Leadership does respond to push back and listens to employees though, but it often feels like managing up.
