Pros

Within solution architecture, I have been able to explore multiple fields within ai and learn a lot. Coworkers are brilliant and there is always an expert to ask questions to.

Cons

With solution architecture there isn't a clear way as to what you can do next in your career. Nvidia will let you move between organizations, but there isn't a super established path as to how you grow career wise, some go into business development and some into engineering and product.

Pros

Challenging job where there is a ton of respect and openness. Great pay, benefits, and time off. Management is always looking to improve environment and performance.

Cons

Can get a bit a fast paced and you have to trust in yourself when facing challenges.

Pros

NVIDIA's PTO and Sick policies are compassionate and generous. Managers listen to employees' ideas. Employees get to work on a wider variety of projects than expected, and usually work closely with other teams to get things done. Collaboration is tight almost all of the time.

Cons

Employees don't always get insight into why they were assigned a particular project, or have much if any choice about what projects they get to work on. Managers are often too busy working on projects themselves to have the free time to meet with employees on a regular basis. This leads to short-term, reactive thinking rather than long-term visionary thinking.
