Pros

You get paid on time.....that's it.

Cons

1.They are liars and have lied to me from day one. I'm not surprised that there are so many fake reviews even here on Glassdoor because lying is what they do best. 2. Long, useless meetings 3. Cliquish environment 4. No true path for advancement (they'll tell you otherwise during your interview) 5. High turnover, which is good for anyone looking for a job and is even remotely qualified. 6. Working here will make it hard to land a job at another mortgage company.

Pros

The Charleston Division is an incredible group of professionals. NVR/Ryan Homes might be a large home builder, but here, you will feel like you are part of a family. The training is the best I've ever experienced. You will be supported in every way, as long as you are communicative and transparent with management. In turn, you will be expected to show up, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and work hard. Your training will prepare you for success, and you will need to use what you learned. It works! You get one weekend off each month, which I never had with other builders. Sadly, I had to leave due to a move, and a position was not open in my new area so I could transfer.

Cons

Pros

Good commission structure with early payouts, qualify hoe, solid benefits, and a professional sales environment. Training and system were well organized.

Cons

Lead volume was inconsistent and often too light to generate a sustainable income. Pricing and market positioning made it difficult to compete in my area, resulting in fewer opportunities than expected. Success depended heavily on market conditions and traffic.
