Pros

Couple of nice co workers

Cons

Management is bad.. I am not sure who or how that system has been set up the way it is currently, but it is really hard to understand or try to question the things corporate does in FL. At this point, I am over the whole thing- I really cannot work with others who fire people without cause or heads up, create hostile environments, make training miserable- the entire process was just a bad experience. If I were you, I would stay away and try another builder, but I looked at a review like this and said it was just a crazy and now I am typing the review.. lol Bad culture, negative people, no management that knows what to do

Pros

The Charleston Division is an incredible group of professionals. NVR/Ryan Homes might be a large home builder, but here, you will feel like you are part of a family. The training is the best I've ever experienced. You will be supported in every way, as long as you are communicative and transparent with management. In turn, you will be expected to show up, conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, and work hard. Your training will prepare you for success, and you will need to use what you learned. It works! You get one weekend off each month, which I never had with other builders. Sadly, I had to leave due to a move, and a position was not open in my new area so I could transfer.

Cons

I can't think of any

Pros

Good commission structure with early payouts, qualify hoe, solid benefits, and a professional sales environment. Training and system were well organized.

Cons

Lead volume was inconsistent and often too light to generate a sustainable income. Pricing and market positioning made it difficult to compete in my area, resulting in fewer opportunities than expected. Success depended heavily on market conditions and traffic.
